PHONE LINES – REPORTED ISSUE
Some of our patients have fed back that there is potentially an issue with how our phone lines inform you of the position in the queue when calling us at busy periods.
We have raised this with our telephony providers and will await a response from them in relation to them investigating.
In the meantime, we thank you for your patience during this period.
This is also another opportunity to promote the benefits of using our eConsult service – it is simple to use, and eConsults are triaged by a GP throughout the day, generally meaning you can access our services quicker and more effectively especially at “peak times”.
