Friends & Family Test – July 2023

Every month we ask a selection of patients to give us feedback on their experience at the practice after their appointment. This month 106 patients shared their views with us. 92% rated their experience as good or very good. A few people commented that it took to long to answer the phone and we are doing some work to look at how we can respond better to the busiest call times.
