We have been listening to your feedback regarding accessing our services, and are reviewing some exciting improvements and changes designed to create a ‘digital single point of access’.
Our ambition is to create a simple, consistent and safe way for all patients to access what they need from our Practice.
We feel that a digital solution will replace long telephone queues during busy periods, and provide more flexibility and choice for patients.
