Power loss at the practice – Monday 20th October.

We are experiencing a partial power loss that is severely affected our ability to support patients today.

12:03 – We are still partially without power and have no working toilets. We are continuing to see patients with pre-booked appointments only but please be aware that there are no toilets available for anyone attending the practice in person.

10:42 – We are currently still able to see patients with pre-booked appointments. Please be aware that we have limited lighting and will support you to get to the room for your appointment. However, we anticipate that we may have to close entirely as soon as electricians are able to attend site. We will update you as we know more.

We are unable to keep PATCHS open or to see any acutely unwell patients who do not have a current pre-booked appointment. If you feel you need medical attention today, please consult with a community pharmacist, call 111 or attend a walk-in centre.
