You can send your e-Consultation at any point during the day and night. If we receive your e-Consultation out of hours, we will pick it up, process it and respond during the next working day.
When We Are Closed
These services are provided by an external agency and not staff from Oakwood Lane.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency, you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Why not contact us at your convenience and let us get back to you? We will get back to you the same day if your e-Consultation or e-request is received before 12pm. Any e-Consultations or e-requests received after 12pm will be responded to the next working day.
e-Consultations will be available from 24 March 2020.
